AJ LaBarbera, DC – VP Development

Dr. A. J. LaBarbera, Vice President of Development and Corporate Relations, received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from Virginia Tech.  Following Graduation from Tech, Dr. LaBarbera spent the next four years pursuing his Doctorate (D.C.) from Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport, Iowa.  He currently sits on the VCA Board where he is serving as Treasurer.

As VP of Development and Corporate Relations, Dr. LaBarbera is responsible for educating Client Leadership on the Features and Benefits of Onsite and Nearsite Care and Creating opportunities for Sharing our programs to benefit companies overall work and health culture.


Kurt Hubach, MD

Dr. Hubach is a Medical Doctor with over 25 years experience in Family Medicine and Vein Care. He practices in Bedford, VA and serves as the Medical Director and Clinic Oversight.


Jeremy Keene, DC

Dr. Keene, Director of Wellness and Fitness Programs, is a native of

southwest Virginia. He is a graduate of Emory & Henry College with a degree in Athletic Training.

Dr. Keene attended Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida in Port Orange, FL. Along with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Keene is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).

As Director of Wellness and Fitness, Dr. Keene Helps makes sure employees stay engage with their health and well-being and set and meet reasonable goals for improving quality of life and productivity.


Tawnya Peters, FNP

Mrs. Peters is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2014, since obtaining a Masters of Science Degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy of Health Sciences. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Jefferson College. She currently practices in Virginia.


Leah Franks, PA-C

Mrs. Franks is a Physician Assistant that has 12 years of primary care and urgent care experience as well as extensive pain management clinical experience.

With Leah’s passion and love for taking care of her patients as a whole, she desired to return to general practice in which she learned about the Tuck WorkWell (TWW) patient-centered clinic. She strives to improve her patient’s quality of life using her prior experiences and knowledge. As a dedicated provider, Leah works hard to ensure her patients’ goals and needs are met with compassion and effective care.

She currently is helping the team with Virtual Visits- TeleHealth and TeleMedicine needs as well as face-to-face visits onsite by appointment.
